We are a rapidly growing group of companies specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services & IT development related services. Due to the expansion in our activities, we are seeking for pleasant, dynamic, independent, result oriented candidates to join us for the above position.

Responsibility:

1. Study and evaluate production process and procedure (either based on customer quality feedback or internal continuous improvement) including process flow, machine utilization, material handling, work allocation, inspection and quality control for process, productivity, yield and cost improvement.
2. Analyze data obtained and initiate or recommend changes in work procedures, methods, machine utilization and other factors to achieve more efficient and economic use of personnel, materials and equipment.
3. Study & monitor the KQC trend weekly, investigate & improve accordingly if an unhealthy trend is observed as assigned.
4. Monitor measuring equipment performance by performing routine verification and ensure the dimensional data collected are reliable as assigned.
5. Analyze defects / detractors and plan for corrective action or improvement plan to minimize or eliminate the defects.
6. Evaluate and buy off new / modified machines or tools & prepare necessary documentation before releasing to production.
7. Report on the progress and accomplishments of technical study & evaluations.

Requirements:

1. Diploma / Degree in mechanical and electronic / electrical engineering discipline with related experience.
2. Minimum 1 years working experience in PCBA / SMT assembly environment.
3. A team player and proactive in problem solving and also willing to work long hours.
4. Able to communicate with all level of employees.
5. Preferably junior or senior executives specializing in process engineering.
6. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
