We are a rapidly growing group of companies specializing in Electronic Manufacturing Services & IT development related services. Due to the expansion in our activities, we are seeking for pleasant, dynamic, independent, result oriented candidates to join us for the above position.

Responsibility:

1. Responsible for application design, development, test, implementation and documentation.
2. Assist in the coordination of staffing requirements and forms project teams.
3. Implement methods, procedures and quality objectives, including metrics, for assessing progress.
4. Utilize established project standards, procedures, and quality objectives, sometimes with assistance.
5. Lead project kickoff meetings, communicate individual roles and project expectations.
6. Ensure that all project team members have the tools and training required to perform effectively.
7. Provide input to the development of project management procedures, policies, and strategies.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. At least 2 to 6 years working experience in related field.
3. Experience in any one of the following areas is a must:
   - Visual Basic, Visual C++/C
   - Power Builder, Sybase or Oracle
   - ASP, IIS, Ms SQL
4. Candidates with Electrical & Electronic experience will add advantage.
5. Familiar with system development life cycle, posses skills in application designs, preparing program specifications, coding, documentation and testing.
6. Strong personality with self initiative, creative, responsible, ownership and proactive.
7. Good command in English (Written & Spoken)
